Sometimes in Maine, the sun doesn’t shine on wedding days. Sometimes, the skies are gray, the air is cool and light radiates from the heart. Sometimes you have to pack a sweater, even in mid August, but that didn’t slow these two down one bit! Kelly and Sam traveled to Maine with their family and friends to be married at the beautiful Live Well Farm in Harpswell, Maine. I’ve posted before about how much I love this Maine wedding barn—it’s swoon worthy. I love shooting weddings at this farm! Every time I return it’s like going home—my husband and I were the first couple to be married here back in July of 2015. For Kelly and Sam, Live Well Farm was the perfect venue to celebrate. Friends and family came from all around the United States and even as far as Africa to share in joy. Fiddleheads and Finery was on hand to make sure the day went smoothly. Kelly and her brides maids did their own florals. Even though the sun wasn’t shining, the day was warm and filled with love.
